Latitud 45 offers a comprehensive portfolio of Pumping Services in Argentina, specializing in Cementing, Stimulation, and Coiled Tubing operations.
Our unique DNA is built on an Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO standards, highly productive equipment, skilled workforce, and outstanding management that minimizes labor contingencies.
Since its inception, our leadership team, with over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, has been the driving force behind the growth of Latitud 45. Their strategic vision and leadership have transformed the Company into a key player, capable of executing significant acquisitions and successfully navigating the industry’s complexities of the sector, securing a leadership position in a highly competitive market.
Thanks to its innovative approach and adaptability, Latitud 45 has achieved sustained and profitable growth. This momentum has been fueled by key milestones, such as the acquisition of Baker Hughes’ fleet in 2021, the diversification of a top-tier client base, and the consistent increase in market share.
We performed our first Cementing operation at the Los Flamencos field in Tierra del Fuego. This marked the beginning of Latitud 45 with a dedicated team of just 6 people.
We expanded geographically, opening a new base in Río Gallegos, Santa Cruz province, as part of a strategic organic evolution driven by strong management capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a growing team of 15 people.
Through a joint venture with Canadian company Tier 1, we introduced RigLock technology, offering advanced well-completion services in unconventional reservoirs from our Neuquén base.
We executed our first hydraulic fracture in the Aguada Chivato field, consolidating our presence in the Neuquén Basin with high-quality equipment and a growing team of 50 people.
We acquired the assets of Baker Hughes in the Golfo San Jorge Basin, doubling our Company size and expanding operations to include a comprehensive cementing and stimulation laboratory.
We built a significant client portfolio based on diversification and loyalty strategies. With a team of 190 people including over 15 engineers, Latitud 45 continued to grow in both operations and management, leading to the opening of a new operational base in Pico Truncado, Santa Cruz province, capturing the cementing and fracturing market for YPF and CGC.
Baker Hughes appointed Latitud 45 as an Authorized Sales Channel (ASC) for Pressure Pumping services and products - Cementing, Stimulation, and Coiled Tubing - for the land conventional and unconventional markets of Argentina.
We received the "2023 Best Companies of Argentina" award, recognizing our organizational success and high performance in business management.

Latest reconognitions
We participated for the first time in the 3rd edition of MEdAR – 2023 Best Companies of Argentina – and were honored at the Deloitte Center of Excellence. This award celebrates private Argentine companies that stand out for their organizational success and high performance in business management.
This program, a joint initiative by Deloitte, Santander, and Universidad del CEMA, evaluates companies based on five key drivers: Sales Growth, Operating Margin, Asset Management, Strengths and External Factors, and Leadership.
The result of this external assessment allowed us to value our journey and challenge ourselves to create even better outcomes every day, delivering excellent service and making Latitud 45 a place where everyone can become their best self.
Expanding further within the country, in 2021 we acquired Baker Hughes’ assets in the Golfo San Jorge Basin and were selected as a Channel Partner in Oil Field Services, marking a significant step in our growth.
This partnership established us as Baker Hughes’ reference for Pumping Services, providing us with technical support and technological innovation to market effectively within the industry.
