We provide Cementing, Stimulation, and Coiled Tubing services for the construction, completion, repair, and abandonment of oil and gas wells in both conventional and unconventional reservoirs.

We deliver high-quality services to the leading Oil & Gas producers in Argentina, supported by 13 independent work sets distributed across five operational bases throughout Patagonia.

We are a key player in the Golfo San Jorge Basin, with a solid presence in the Austral and Neuquén Basins. We provide services to top industry operators, including YPF, PAE, CGC, Chevron, Total Austral, Tecpetrol, and others.

Since its inception, our leadership team, with over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, has been the driving force behind the growth of Latitud 45. Their strategic vision and leadership have transformed the Company into a key player, capable of executing significant acquisitions and successfully navigating the industry’s complexities.
With an innovative approach and adaptability, Latitud 45 has achieved sustained and profitable growth. Milestones such as acquiring Baker Hughes fleet in 2021, diversifying our top-tier client base, and consistently increasing market share have propelled us forward.
We performed our first cementing operation at the Los Flamencos field in Tierra del Fuego. This marked the beginning of Latitud 45 with a dedicated team of just 6 people.
We expanded geographically, opening a new base in Río Gallegos, Santa Cruz province, as part of a strategic organic evolution driven by strong management capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a growing team of 15 people.
Through a joint venture with Canadian company Tier 1, we introduced RigLock technology, offering advanced well-completion services in unconventional reservoirs from our Neuquén base.
We executed our first hydraulic fracture in the Aguada Chivato field, consolidating our presence in the Neuquén Basin with high-quality equipment and a growing team of 50 people.
We acquired the assets of Baker Hughes in the Golfo San Jorge Basin, doubling our Company size and expanding operations to include a comprehensive cementing and stimulation laboratory.
We built a significant client portfolio based on diversification and loyalty strategies. With a team of 190 people, including over 15 engineers, Latitud 45 continued to grow in both operations and management, leading to the opening of a new operational base in Pico Truncado, Santa Cruz province, capturing the cementing and fracturing market for YPF and CGC.
We received the "2023 Best Companies of Argentina" award, recognizing our organizational success and high performance in business management.
